I am currently a final-year (2021-2022) Ph.D. candidate at both ShanghaiTech University. I am also a member of the iMED Group. Before that, I received my bachelor degree from Northwestern Polytechnical University (NWPU) in 2017.
My research direction is intelligent medical image analysis, with a primary focus on ophthalmic images.
Recently, I focus on developing image anomaly detection methods and their application in the medical image.
My research interests are as follows:
- Technique: Open-Set Learning, Anomaly Detection, Domain Adaptation, Machine Learning, Computer Vision
- Organ: Eye, Brain
- Disease: Diabetic Retinopathy (DR), Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD), Glaucoma
- Imaging Modality: Color Fundus, OCT, MRI
- Medical Imaging: OCT Imaging, Photoacoustic Imaging
